Job vacancy General Accountant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                 
(1) Management Accounting (including cost accounting management, cash flow    management, reporting related to Management Accounting)

• To prepare all kinds of internal/external accounting monthly & quarterly reporting, including cost accounting and cash flow, and analyze business performance
• To support Budget Planning
• To project cashflow
• To support investment project

(2) Task for Internal control

• To document and implement standardized procedures
• To coordinate assignments of department members and supervise their activities

(3) Corporate Management

• To coordinate Board of Director Meeting (Quarterly), Executive meeting (Monthly), general meeting of shareholders, and other significant meetings including preparation, facilitation, translation,

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.        Qualification and experience:

• Graduate from Economics Universities, major in Finance and Accounting or having knowledge of Accounting
• Working experience, at least 5 years
• Experience working in the CFO department of a Manufacturing industry with rich knowledge of cost accounting and cashflow management are preferable.

2.        Personality and social skills:

• Always positive in leading team to the goal
•  Independent and well self-controlled with honesty and sincerity
• Good at time management, ability to work under high pressure
• Well socialized and good at communicating in team with high sense of responsibility (Good Communication / Interpersonal Skill)

3.        Skills and knowledge:

• English Ability for business, both in speaking & in writing
• Have excellent and rich knowledge on VAS, IFRS and tax

4.        Computer Skill:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point for presentation, Power BI, SAP system, emailing and reporting purposes.
