COMPANY OVERVIEW

A foreign consulting firm is looking for Tax Manager position. This role is responsible for all areas relating to providing tax services to clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tax Advisory Responsibilities:

• Assign and support subordinates.
• Review and manage payroll, tax declarations, and advisory reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of tax services.
• Manage client and tax authority relationships.
• Participate in tax reviews, refunds, and audits.
• Provide tax advice via email, phone, and meetings.
• Update on new tax regulations.

Management Duties:

• Report to Tax Partner and leadership.
• Support company growth by meeting clients and preparing proposals.
• Improve work processes and software.
• Train new employees and enhance team skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years as a Tax Advisory Manager.
• Degree in economics or finance (accounting/auditing major).
• Tax procedure certificate (CPA is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of tax systems and policies.
• Excellent time and work management.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good English skills
• Dynamic, ambitious, hardworking, and resilient under pressure.
