Job offer: Sales Admin

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Foreign company specialize in providing rental services of industrial and construction equipment for more than 10 years in Vietnam.Location: Dong Nai

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive information from customers, sales Department to inform timely to related departments.
• Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation, follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
• Making daily in/out reports.
• Support to make quotations as being required
• Make rental contract with customers
• Accounting task: Make assets, issue invoices, make payment documents, and contact customers following payment status.
• Make site sheet every day
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: University or college graduate.
• At least 3 years experience in sales admin sales accounting
•  Good at Word, excel, accounting software.
• Can communicate in English.
