Job offer: Chief Accountant

COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are representing our client – a reputable player in the Façade/Window field  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day Accounting
• Bank transactions
• Cash flow management
• Annual financial audit
• Statutory compliance
• Ensuring tax compliance of everyday work processes
• Managing Service Provider for Accounting, Legal & Payroll
• Internal financial reporting and corporate matters
• Financial- / Cost- / Margin- analysis
• Setting up commercial processes such as invoicing
• Supporting functions Logistics and HR as needed
• Support the General Director for any ad hoc business-related or administrative
• projects
• Work with internal and external auditors
• Handle tax audit
• Handle IFRS & VAS
• AR/AP management (local and overseas payment)
• Work with the bank of the state
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the General Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in BA or higher in Financial Accounting Qualification or similar
• A Chief Account certificate is a must
• A CPA or ACCA certificate is a must
• Min 5 years of finance experience managing legal entity compliance requirement as a Chief Accountant
• Broad understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements of Vietnam
• Extensive knowledge of Vietnam VAT, Business Tax, Withholding Tax, and Corporate
• income Tax regulations, tax regulations (CIT, FCT, VAT, PIT, Transfer Pricing …)
• Basic knowledge of Labor Law preferred. (e.g. treatment of benefits, taxation impact)
• Basic knowledge of Logistics related topics preferred (e.g. import/export procedures and taxes)
• Experience in Corporate Entity Matters preferred (e.g. Business Code compliance)
• Experience with import-export document/tax
• Experience working in a MNC
• Experience working with tax authorities
• Experience in handling Payroll and PIT
• Fluency in English is mandatory
