JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education : Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience : Prior MSL experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry; Global MNC experience preferred.
• Languages : Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and data analysis skills; strategic and proactive thinking.
• Knowledge : Understanding of clinical trial processes and relevant therapeutic areas.
• Attributes : Hardworking, honest, sensible, logical thinking

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Scientific Support and Education

• Provide scientific and medical information to support sales and marketing.
• Develop and deliver training materials on clinical data and product information.
• Reply complex medical inquiries from partners, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

Regulatory Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure promotional materials comply with regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and report adverse events and product complaints.
• Review and approve marketing materials for scientific accuracy.

Strategic Planning and Implementation

• Collaborate with Account Manager to integrate medical insights into business strategies.
• Participate in strategic meetings to provide medical and scientific perspectives.

Clinical Research and Insights

• Stay updated on clinical research and developments.
• Provide insights on emerging trends and treatments.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build relationships with medical experts, healthcare professionals, and academic centers.
• Represent the company at medical conferences and events.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with internal teams (Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, R&D, Marketing) to ensure cohesive medical and scientific operations.
