Job offer: Senior Legal Counsel

COMPANY OVERVIEW  

JAC's client is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage legal matters concerning international investments and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
• Provide legal advisory services on various subjects to business.
• Take responsibility to draft, review and negotiate the legality of M&A transaction documents including term sheet/MOU,  share and purchase agreements and contracts.
• Support team to research and provide analysis on legal regulations.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal support for various projects in Vietnam and internationally.
• Conduct a legal due diligence, negotiating, executing, and performing contracts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• University graduation with a bachelor’s degree or higher in law.
• At least 5 years of international legal work experience in an in-house office or law firm.
• Legal background with experience in transactions, investment, finance, or M&A fields.
• High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and honesty.
• Strong legal analysis and research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, especially in the legal field, is required.
