Job offer: Country Manager (Quick Service Restaurant)

JAC's client is a foreign company in Quick Service Restaurant segment setting up new business in Vietnam.Location: Ho Chi Minh City  Job Responsibilities

• Set up business plan for accelerating the brand’s/company’s growth.
• Ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with the government, landlords, suppliers, and all related parties.
• Set operating goals and objectives. Including propose a potential site acquisition.
• Hire key positions in the country for some field of expertise
• Prepare and implement standard operating procedures.
• Monitor adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen and restaurant.

  Job Requirements

• Having a minimum of 10 years of experience in Food & Beverages industry
• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must have working experience in fast-food such as KFC, McDonald’s, Jollibee, Lotteria, Pizza Hut...
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and inform strategic decisions
