We continue to hammer aluminum die-cast products almost non-stop, mainly providing for automotive industry.
  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an experienced Die Casting Engineer/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in die casting processes, preferably in an aluminum die casting factory. Alternatively, experience in a zinc die casting factory will also be considered.

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on die casting equipment, including machines, molds, and related machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities and address urgent repair needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians on best practices and safety procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in die casting maintenance, preferably in aluminum die casting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
